Annual Maintenance and Support Program

Our support personnel are the best in their fields and are committed to providing professional customer services and training. As part of our annual maintenance and support plan our customers are entitled to the following benefits:

Hotline telephone support between the hours of 7am – 7pm PST, Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays
All product maintenance releases to ensure that Safran software is operating correctly
All product updates and enhancements to keep your Safran software up to date with the latest features as they become available
Periodic e-Newsletters to keep you informed of the latest features and news of interest to our customers
Webex seminars scheduled after major releases to cover the latest features
Participation in our customer software improvement satisfaction program which allows our customers to have input on new features for future releases

Other Support Options

For an additional charge Safran is happy to provide the following additional support services to our customers:

An on-site maintenance and support health check to ensure that Safran applications are operating properly
Detailed training of internal technical support personnel to certify them as first line Safran product support personnel
Detailed training of customer personnel as certified Safran product trainers
Expanded hours of support and designation of a personalized technical support technician
